This “Photography and Music” project dealing with the flight of the swallow is the story of a journey. It starts with a childhood memory, the music of these birds in the sky and their coming together on electric wires before their big departure for Africa, announcing the end of summer. Using the theme of swallows, Edouard Taufenbach and Régis Campo are seeking to develop a sensitive representation of the passage of time, of movement, and of exchanges and trajectories within a space.
The Bleu du Ciel is the winning project of the 4th Swiss Life à 4 Mains prize, the only Photography and Music Prize in France. Every two years, it pays tribute to the original creation of a photographer and a composer.
